These transfers can be used on garments that are 100% cotton or Polyester and cotton/poly blends.

Temperature: 300F

Medium Pressure

Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds

Cover with a teflon sheet

Press for 15 seconds

Warm Peel

Cover with a Teflon sheet and press 2-3 more seconds for a matte finish
